WAREHOUSE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • High School Graduate
  • 2-3 Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Experience in Warehousing for Construction, Structured Cabling-type Businesses
  • With Administrative Experience
  • Physically Fit and Healthy
  • Good Command of English
  • Experience in Finance/Accounting or HR
  • Computer knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Polite and capable of handling stress well
  • Willingness to work full-time
  • With a Bicycle Driving License is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the warehouse manager in contacting suppliers and couriers
  • Communicating HR memoranda and documents for the department
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assisting in the packing of small items for shipping
  • General administrative tasks for the department head
