General job description:
- Based in several location around Kuala Lumpur
- 6 working days in a week.
- Greeting and welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional services.
- To collect payment from guests (E-Wallet/Debit/Credit Card).
- To ensure cash collected is counted, reconciled and matches with daily transactions report.
- Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
- Resolve guests complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Accountability and personal integrity are essentials.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.
Job Requirement:
- Malaysian only
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ higher secondary/STPM.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Posses valid driver's license (it's an advantage).
- Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform.
- Excellent customer service skills.
