As a Stores Person within our team here in Parkmore, Galway you will support the delivery of our services across the campus.
You will be responsible for receiving deliveries daily, recording delivery information and storage. In addition to this, you will support the kitchen team as needed.
FULL-TIME HOURS AVAILABLE
What we are looking for from you:
- Receive deliveries daily and check the delivery against the order and delivery dockets
- Facilitate receiving deliveries daily from suppliers
- Ensure that the highest standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained in the store and associated areas as directed by the Head Chef
- Ensure that any Food Safety/Quality record keeping assigned to you is being carried out daily within the stores and related areas, without exception
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene in respect of the premises, kitchens and self
· · Carry out any reasonable tasks which support and assist with service delivery, food preparation, hygiene and any other tasks relating to the efficiency of the stores

You must have:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- A Strong background in hospitality or catering is preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene, including HACCP preferred
- A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude
