The Opportunity:
Lalamove is now seeking for an out-going, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our Driver Operations team in Taiwan. This role will require someone with strong communication skills to reach out to our driver community and maintain strong relations with our driver partners.

- Lalamove 夥伴營運部門負責管理全台司機夥伴團隊的營運狀況，同時協調各部門的資源以利公司物流服務能順暢運行。
工作內容
- 透過各種 offline 管道，實體招募外送夥伴招募加入
- 定期舉辦司機招募與教育訓練說明會
- 說明加入方式與接單流程，並說服從事貨運業人員成為司機夥伴
- 司機夥伴問題處理與回覆
- 資料數據分析處理
