About the department
The position is in the production support department, where you will be a part of our formulation support team, who is responsible for supporting the formulation of all the products in the Biopharm Filling Factory (FF) in Kalundborg. The team of currently 8 supporters, is supporting the 24 operators in the formulation production team, who again supports the two active filling lines with different Biopharm products. In the team we praise an open, humorous, and positive dialogue in our daily work, and we consistently support each other every day to succeed as a team in an ever-changing environment.

The factory (FF) is a modern multipurpose factory which is expected to handle up to 8 different products in total on our two production lines. The number of approved products and the number of weekly batches are still growing, as well as we have several products which are in a test phase on their journey towards authority approval. Because we grow, a part of the employees in FF are fairly new, and therefore there will be great opportunity for the right candidate to contribute and affect the processes, tools and procedures to impact our high volume, reliable operation and people development strategy.
