Full Job Description :
- Receive and handle calls, emails, text messages or instant messages from customers.
- Take customer's orders, resolve complaints, provide quotation, or give a step-by-step guide.
- Maintain proper record of all interactions with customers on a call center database.
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude when handling calls to ensure customers are completely satisfied
- Handle customers’ orders and process payments for transactions
- Manage inbound calls to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues
- Ensure compliance with set standards of customer service when communicating with clients
- Escalate complex issues to more experienced call center operators for proper resolution
- Politely interact with customers and ensure their issues are properly addressed
Qualification: Matric- Bachelors
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have good communication skills
Timings: 6:00PM- 3:00AM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
