Full Job Description :

  • Receive and handle calls, emails, text messages or instant messages from customers.
  • Take customer's orders, resolve complaints, provide quotation, or give a step-by-step guide.
  • Maintain proper record of all interactions with customers on a call center database.
  • Maintain a customer-focused attitude when handling calls to ensure customers are completely satisfied
  • Handle customers’ orders and process payments for transactions
  • Manage inbound calls to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Ensure compliance with set standards of customer service when communicating with clients
  • Escalate complex issues to more experienced call center operators for proper resolution
  • Politely interact with customers and ensure their issues are properly addressed

Qualification: Matric- Bachelors

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have good communication skills

Timings: 6:00PM- 3:00AM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
