We are recruiting a recruiter for an international company specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands

Tasks :

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels such as databases, social media, and job fairs
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Collaborate with different departments and managers to identify staffing needs
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, serving as a trusted recruiter throughout the selection process
  • Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases.

Profile :

  • C1 level in German and fluent in English
  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven work experience in recruitment, including familiarity with hiring profiles, assessments, interviews, and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, networking, and presentation skills
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs is a plus.
