Your contribution:
- Report to the Head of SCM and support parts of the Finance management team in day-to-day business with coordination and organisational tasks.
- You are responsible for scheduling, agreeing on and following up on appointments as well as resource planning.
- Plan business trips in the related tools and prepare travel expense reports, as well as other reports.
- You place purchase orders.
- You support the Head of SCM in overseeing approval flows in various systems and the contract signature process.
- Take on special projects.
What makes you stand out:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the procurement area
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree
- High level of organisational talent and service orientation
- Empathy and a strong sense of trustworthiness
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
