HR Intern [Pakistan]


 

As an HR Intern for our software house, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our HR team and gain practical experience in various aspects of HR. You will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain HR databases and employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities such as team building events, social events, and employee recognition programs.

Support the performance management process by tracking performance metrics, preparing performance reports, and providing support to managers and employees.

Assist in the planning and execution of training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking attendance.

Provide support to the HR team in various administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents and reports, scheduling meetings, and responding to HR-related inquiries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, BSCS, BSIT or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
