Job Description:
As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day work of client service, ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing various account issues, preparing monthly marketing reports, planning, and executing content calendars, and spearheading email marketing campaigns. Your contributions will directly impact on our clients' success and enhance their digital presence.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars that align with clients' branding, marketing objectives, and target audience.
- Generate comprehensive reports on the performance of various marketing channels, highlighting key metrics and offering valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute comprehensive digital strategies that deliver results.
- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and overall growth for clients.
- Continuously analyze data to identify areas of improvement, optimization opportunities, and potential strategies for enhancing overall campaign performance.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Build strong relationships with the clients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of our digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 6+ months of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working with ecommerce clients is a plus
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn new skills and techniques
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated interest and understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing trends.
- Knowledge of a Social Media Management Tool will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Moosend/Mailchimp will be considered a huge plus.
- Basic Graphic Design knowledge is considered a huge plus
- Fulfilled Military obligations for male candidates
