RESPONSIBILITIES
Navigating the Trinity yacht on the daily cruises in Milos
Maintain and be responsible for the safety, of all onboard equipment
Ensure navigational systems and engines are well-maintained (oil level, oil
leaks, reverse level, etc.)
Ensure safety equipment is in good condition
Check the weather conditions the day before and the day of the departure
Instruct all new crew members in safety procedures
Ensure the seaworthiness of the ship before every departure
Responsible for the cleaning of the yacht before and after departure
(externally)
Comply depending on the local port regulations
ΕXPECTATIONS
Superior leadership, management and diplomacy skills
Be a strong leader by example, following all crew team values (do
what’s right, relationships matter)
Excellent maintenance, engineering and technical / troubleshooting
experience
Ability to remain calm and give directions in an emergency situation
Organised and methodical
Be a strong vocal leader with good communication skills (one who will
encourage, support, and positively hold all teammates accountable as
well as for the fun of the passengers)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Be always on time (you are the Skipper, you can’t be late)
Promote a positive attitude and positive team interactions - every day
Help settle team conflicts and be willing to confront and hold
teammates accountable for their on-and-off field behaviours
Organise and refocus crewmembers
Knowledge of local codes
Good Time management and strategic planner (Able to easily multi-
task and excel under pressure)
