About Our Client

Our client is looking for a Jakarta-based Head of Sales to lead Sales of their new enterprise product.

Job Description

  • Lead the successful deployment and scale-up the new enterprise product; help develop a clear sales strategy, prepare presentation materials, lead direct meetings with potential customers, and own the sales process from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Contribute to refining and perfecting the product by clearly communicating customer feedback to company's Leadership and Product teams.
  • Develop excellent relationships with Enterprise customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Remove blockers, solve problems, and find a path forward through ambiguity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min. 6 years of working experience
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with owner's mentality
  • Track record of delivering results with focus, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Experienced people manager who has hired and coached a high-performance team
  • Deep understanding of life in rural Indonesia through personal or professional experience
  • Willing to get hands dirty, lead by example and motivate teams in-person and remotely
  • Growth mindset with experience of operating within a rapidly scaling company
  • Data-driven leader with strong business acumen and ability to analyse, draw conclusions and execute a strategy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build sustainable relationships, manage a team, influence stakeholders, and inspire others
  • Previous leadership experience in venture-backed technology companies
