Main responsibilities
- Handling all day-to-day bookkeeping activities for our clients;
- Participate in preparation monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in LUXGAAP;
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations are produced on a timely basis and in line with the corporate policy;
- Participate in preparation of indirect and direct tax returns and tax provisions services in collaboration with your manager and our tax department;
- Correspondence with clients and assist clients at their premises upon request.
Main requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any other practically oriented accounting qualification;
- Fluent in in French and English, practice in German or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
- A first job experience, ideally 1 year (or more) of experience is required;
- You feal at ease with IT softwares, being a key user of BOB is considered as an asset;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) is required;
- Organisation skills and attention to details;
- Team spirit and ability to work across diverse organisations and teams;
- Positive energy and motivated spirit.
