We are looking for an Agile Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Ruoholahti. You will be part of our R&D function with over 70 professionals developing Kanzi Studio and Kanzi Runtime.
As Agile Manager, you will serve as one of our Scrum Masters while also providing supervision and support to the developers as Team Lead.
Your responsibilities:
- Serving as a Scrum Master, ensuring a successful implementation of agile practices.
- Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the backlog, ensuring that the Scrum teams have a clear understanding of the goals.
- Supervising developers as Team Lead, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and performance.
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration within and across teams, promoting a culture of transparency, trust, and ownership.

You enjoy staying up to date with industry trends in agile methodologies, bringing in new ideas and techniques to the company. You are at your best mentoring Scrum teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration, making sure everyone is working towards the same goal - and enjoying the ride!
You have:
- Proven experience as an Agile Manager or Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of software development processes and practices.
- Ability to handle multiple Scrum teams and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluent English language skills.
We also appreciate:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in an international environment.
