Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Manager for our home painting and water proofing services who will be responsible for generating sales revenue and promoting our services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service and will be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our services to customers. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for taking measurements at the customer's location, providing quotes, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential customers to take measurements and provide detailed information about our services, including pricing and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials to support the sales process.
- Promote our home painting services to potential customers through cold-calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met throughout the sales process.
- Attend trade shows, events, and other industry gatherings to promote our services and generate new sales leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively promote our services to potential customers.
- Experience in taking measurements and providing detailed quotes for home improvement projects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
