This Admin and Sales Support role will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Team with their daily operational tasks and supporting our customers in their in-life journey with us.

Performing a vital role within the BDM team, to ensure that our customer requirements are captured fully and accurately. Whilst providing a high level of customer service which guarantees client satisfaction and subscription renewal and generating revenue from selling in the wider illion product suite.

You'll work in close coordination with our internal stakeholders such as Client Service Representatives, Customer Support Representatives, Product Sales Specialists, Product Owners, Marketing & Finance, in order to provide the optimal customer experience for illion TenderLink clients, thereby achieving exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption of illion products and services.


Job Description


How you’ll add value

  • Monitoring all incoming email communications sent to the shared BDM inbox and actioning or forwarding onto the relevant team member
  • Onboarding all new business online sales via phone and zoom
  • Assist clients with product training and user reports
  • Analyse and review monthly usage data, supplying our BDM team with the important weekly information they need to perform
  • Assist management with sales performance and productivity reports and data
  • Produce cancellation reports for the BDM / CSE team to engage
  • Refer relevant illion products for clients to the BDM team.
  • Assist the Manager with segmentation reports for BDM’s to engage with clients
  • Assist with analysis and data for Marketing campaigns
  • Provide weekly updates on Credit Control processes, working alongside finance to ensure our clients are meeting their payment term obligations

Qualifications


The experience and qualifications you’ll need to be successful

  • Proven success in within an office administration role
  • Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service via a variety of communication methods which include, phone, email and Zoom
  • Proficiency with office applications, CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) and aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to analyse customer data and sales activity

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication

  • Highly self-motivated with an approachable and enthusiastic outlook to work
