Are you passionate on implement and manage Platforms & Novelties in Processing and Packing?
We have an exciting new opening in NPI team. Bring your experience to the table, join our NPI team and help us to make innovative automation solutions of our platforms in packing area across all LEGO® production sites.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead line installation (growth, relocation and transfer)
- Lead the introduction of the new technology
- Drive projects across packing and processing technologies and continuous improvement projects
- Deliver good performance of projects concerning Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People
- Ensure project management model compliance towards internal processes
- Continuously manage their stakeholders and closely cooperate with other departments
- Solve problems as the platform local owner for certain line/machine types

NPI implement and manage Platforms & Novelties in Packing and Processing area.
The role will support in the introduction of standard and new platforms to ensure local equipment capacity as well as the provision of essential solutions for new products.
Do you have it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree with technical major is preferred
- Hands on experience in projects execution in manufacturing environment with good understanding in automated equipment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in projects management, including production lines implementation, commissioning
- Fluent English in both oral and writing
Nice to have:
- Project management experience
- Mechanical design and collaboration with suppliers
- Experience as process engineer in related areas like packing and packaging
