Open Positions for a indoor kids park in Al Quoz. The job responsibilities will be:
- Providing excellent customer service to all visitors of the park.
- Assisting the customers with completing the check-in process and advising them of the different play packages offered.
- Answering phone calls, providing information about the facility and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Monitoring the indoor park and making sure the activities are as per the company's safety rules and guidelines.
- Providing first aid if necessary, contacting emergency services if required, and notifying parents or guardians.
- Operate the POS system and be aware of the procedures required for cash operation.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all transactions and complete all end of day reporting.
- Serving hot or cold beverages as per the customers requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher
- Previous Experience working as a kids play area attendant or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of child safety guidelines and regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- First Aid Training, Kids Play Area Attendant Training Certifications (not a must, but ideal to have)
