工作职责:

销售业绩及区域管理

  • 带领团队完成公司下达的销售目标,提高公司产品的市场占有率
  • 根据辖区的具体情况,策划、组织相关的市场促销活动
  • 带领团队执行及跟进市场推广计划,及时准确收集及反馈市场信息
  • 拜访医院,与关键客户建立及保持良好关系;通过与KA主管合作,进行大客户的选择和

谈判,签定协议及执行

  • 与本区商业人员沟通协调,以确保产品在本区域的正常供应
  • 在区域内合理有效地分配资源及控制费用
  • 及时准确完成各项报表、报告

产品知识

  • 帮助提高团队成员的产品知识在日常工作中的运用能力
  • 了解竞争产品的相关知识及动态
  • 不断学习并提高相关医学知识水平

职业操守

  • 确保在销售和工作过程中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度,保证团队的行为符合

公司的道德准则和原则

  • 保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准,言行举止符合公司要求
  • 具有敬业精神,对本职工作积极投入并起表率作用

团队管理和人员发展

  • 通过有效的管理、激励、发展及保留人才,建立高绩效团队
  • 管理辅导代表,通过有计划的联合拜访,培训提高代表的销售技巧,解决问题能力
  • 完成季度绩效评估及业绩分析,及时有针对性的辅导及培训下属,以取得更好的业绩
  • 通过绩效管理及人员发展计划,确定培训需求,发展和保留人才,降低员工流失率
  • 招聘合适销售人员,建立人才资源储备系统
  • 确保离职人员按公司规定完成工作交接
  • 加强本部门及跨部门的沟通及合作
  • 创造良好的工作氛围,促进团队合作,做到公平、公正、公开。
  • 完成上级主管布置的其他临时任务
