  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • Handle calls carefully and dial outbound customer calls
  • Work with the customer with the aim of providing information on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding
  • Appropriately communicate with customers.
  • This role is for someone who has a sponsorship visa and can join immediately.
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Proficient in desktop applications and the internet
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation, multitasking and customer service skills
  • Active listening and practical communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
