Job Description

  • Position Title: Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Bugis
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend incoming calls and emails
  • General admin support
  • Assist in accounting tasks
  • Handle petty cash
  • Assist with corporate secretarial matters
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ level qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner
  • Strong sense of task ownership
  • Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related position
  • This position is open to Singaporeans and PRs only
