- Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Bugis
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming calls and emails
- General admin support
- Assist in accounting tasks
- Handle petty cash
- Assist with corporate secretarial matters
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Computer literate
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner
- Strong sense of task ownership
- Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related position
