Job Description & Requirements
· Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Project Team including but not limited to maintaining engineering, projects, HSE, QC
· Manning the Service call hotline and ensure proper SOPs carried out for the calls
· Compile all site monthly progress report
· Receiving and recording of incoming invoices, faxes and letters
· Contact suppliers and sub-contractor for collection of purchase order and invoice discrepancy
· Report feedback on project matters to Project Manager
· Coordinate and supervise Project administrative staff day-to-day duties
· Collect service report, prepare claim summary and package the claim submission as per required schedule
· Follow up and negotiate with FMM to discuss/clear monthly claim to ensure timely E-Inv
· Summarize missed Pm service and work With Ops HOD to Improve the Pm schedule to ensure 100% claim and avoid KPI deduction
· Provide weekly/as when required claim report status to management
· Perform other duties as assigned

Salary: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
