POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for Implementing learning strategies and programs; Designing e-learning courses, workshops and more; Maintaining budgets and relationships with internal Experts and vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinating with organization’s experts and department’s leaders to develop training materials and training agenda.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Map out training plan for employee working at sites and head office.
- Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training
- Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs
- Measure and track training effectiveness; training assessment.
- Develop and manage reporting, metrics and insights for training.
- Manage logistics and record keeping for training activities at project sites;
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal experts throughout the organization & vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Education
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
Communication skills
- Excellent communication skills are essential
PC skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same position.
Language
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
Key characteristics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good experience of working with sales teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
