ACT ALCOHOL DEPENDENCY SPECIALIST
We are looking to train 4 new ACT team members starting on 24/6/2023.
Who can apply? Qualified & Student Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Social Workers, Teachers, Mental Health Workers, NHS Professionals.
Chances are that you will be the one and only private Alcohol Dependency Specialist in your area! Promote your services locally to attract clients who need your expert help. Build up a substantial client base and get yourself known for what you do. We will support you on your journey to being an ACT Alcohol Specialist. Start our one-to-one ACT Practitioner training, and learn how to provide therapeutic solutions to clients how want to reduce or quit their drinking. As part of our team you will feature on our website as the ACT Alcohol Specialist for your area. Any enquiries we receive will be passed directly on to you. We will set you up with your own Google location so potential clients can look you up, and contact you when they need you.
This business opportunity requires an investment of £2,960.
Length of training approx 3 - 6 months.
The process:-
- STAGE 1 - 20 minute telephone consultation (Julie Ward - Dir. ACT Alcohol UK ltd).
- STAGE 2 - one day online 'ACT Alcohol CPD Workshop for Professionals' (this can be done on its own, with no commitment to continue, for £165) A certificate of CPD will be sent to you on completion.
- STAGE 3 - on-line individual interviews and selection.
- STAGE 4 - for successful candidates, two full-day, one-to-one training (venue of your choice, we can come to you).
- STAGE 5 - 'on-the-job' training, assessment and programme training sessions (when you start working with your first client(s).

- On-going training, support and supervision as you work.
