Are you able to persuade enthusiasts working in the coffee industry about solutions that will help them grow and better manage their businesses? As an Inside Sales Manager for Café at Cropster, you are the product expert, onboarding partner, and deal closer for our potential customers. Receiving inbound orders from various channels, your goal is to successfully onboard them to our platform, turn them into customers and properly hand these over to the Customer Success Team to ensure outstanding support and a long-term relationship. You will take ownership of your work and be able to work independently on defined schedules and agreed-upon goals with little supervision. You will be part of our Global Sales Team and work with various departments within Cropster.The preferred locations for this role are Innsbruck or Vienna but we are open to discussing remote setups too.
What you'll do
- Performing discovery calls and product demos and explaining product benefits as well as workflows in an understandable and digestible manner
- Customer onboarding & training, including setting up the account in our system, and identifying the needs and requirements for specific onboarding
- Documenting all customer transactions in the CRM system (Hubspot)
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times by listening to customers’ needs and educating them about product features and benefits
- Handling objections and using collected feedback to inform product and marketing
- Working against performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting numbers frequently to the Global Sales Lead
- Working cross-functionally with various departments, including but not limited to Customer Support, Customer Success and Marketing
- Representing Cropster at global events together with the Area Sales Team (max 10% travel time)
- You have good organizational skills to handle several setups & trials effectively.
- You have strong communication skills to lead the potential customer through the process and involve and update all internal stakeholders.
- You like to maintain an open communication style and appreciate direct & timely feedback. You can structure and prioritize work days by the overall goals and strategy.
- You are persistent and see the continuous pursuit of the pipeline as a motivating challenge to achieve your goals.
- You have a “Closing the deal” mentality.
- You feel comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and see uncertainty as an opportunity rather than a threat.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Trade Shows / Workshops and represent Cropster to a large audience (max 10%)
- Experience in working in the (specialty) cafe industry.
- Strong network in the (specialty) coffee market in Europe.
What you can expect
