About the role
If you want to join a team where no 2 days are the same - then this is opportunity is for you! This role will see you involved in taking sales calls, processing customer orders, and assisting with stock movements and more.
Responsibilities included
- Assisting with customer sales calls and General administration
- Managing your own "queue" of work, performing actions to obtain the necessary positive outcome for our client's customers
- Communicating via email and phone (primarily)
- Warehouse work & Stock Control
- Biosecurity Compliance (training provided)
This role requires the following:
- Customer Service skills with a friendly phone manner and able to communicate well
- Intermediate Computer skills (ability to use MYOB an advantage)
- You are physically fit and can work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Hold good time management skills; punctual and reliable
- Desire to work as part of a small team
- Auto Parts knowledge or similar is advantageous
- Bring a great work ethic and can-do attitude to the role
- Adhere to Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to pass a drug screen and police check
