The successful candidate will have:
- Assist the Dog Groomer in providing grooming services such as bathing, drying, brushing, and nail trimming.
- Help maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including sanitizing equipment and tools.
- Handle dogs in a gentle and caring manner, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Aid in restraining dogs during grooming procedures, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of grooming supplies and notify the Dog Groomer when replenishment is needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for both dogs and staff.
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need and arranging groom booking, offering recommendations and guidance based on their specific pet's needs.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding products, services booking, and general pet care information.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.

Salary: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
