We are looking for the right person to join us in the area of SAP HR and SAP Security and Authorizations, you can choose to be based in Amsterdam, Stockholm berlin or Hamburg.
Your job as a SAP HR Authorization consultant
You will join our international team, with colleagues in Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin and Amsterdam, aiming to be best in class when it comes to SAP Authorization management.
You will be the expert in the team when it comes to specifically HR Authorizations. A huge opportunity lies in front of you to set the standard for our partly newly insourced HR landscape when it comes to authorization management.
You will participate in SAP implementation & rollout projects and/or SAP support & maintenance projects focusing solely on the SAP HR module. You will interact closely with the IT HR colleagues collecting requirements and performing analysis You will be as wellwriting security and project documentation, , configuring systems, provide in-depth testing and doing continuous improvements. Plenty of room to also review and improve the current state of e.g Segregation of Duties rule sets, and remediating identified violations.
In short you will be:
- Writing, reviewing and improving documentation related to security and SAP HR Authorizations
- Supporting external and internal audits
- Performing regular maintenance and support
- Supporting in several (international) projects
- Handling Segregation of Duties and support (using CSI tool)
- Designing and implementating various roles
- Structural Authorization implementation and maintenance
- Implementing security regulations in the different concepts
Your profile
Our ideal candidate
To be successful in this position we belief you recognize yourself as detail oriented; a team player and good communicator. You have an interest in HR and enjoy making sure data is structured and well organized. Furthermore you bring:
- SAP Security experience in SAP HR Authorizations
- Security experience with other SAP platforms (BI / BW / BO, IS-U, CRM / SRM, HCM)
- Experience with systems such as: CUA, GRC, CSI or IDM
Location:
You will be part of the IT organization, spread over multiple locations in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Denmark. This team specifically is located in Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin and Amsterdam. You can choose to be located in any of the above cities.
