About Our Client
Reporting to the C-level executives, our client is one of the largest conglomerates in Asia with businesses spanning across different industries. Aiming to bring the best digital entertainment to its users around the world, they are looking to hire a Senior Product Leader - OTT who will be looking after the entire product strategy, mentoring a team of 30+ and work closely with the executives to drive business goals.
Job Description
The Senior Product Leader - OTT will work alongside the management team to develop compelling product strategies and vision for the entire product strategy of the company from ideation and through development. You will need to be a superb communicator to work with and influence with stakeholders and come in from a product viewpoint on how the company can achieve their business goals. As the most senior person on the product team, you will be responsible in leading younger members on the team to deliver world-class solutions and introduce best practices to the team.Having a prior experience in OTT platforms and products is a good to have but the client is open to considering any product leader who is strong in product design thinking in B2C products and has lead a team size of at least 30 people. The role is based here in Singapore.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- 12 or more years' of experience in the product management and development in Internet companies
- Experience in launching products from end to end
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders across seniorities and functions
- Quantitative and analytical skills; make good data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of Internet and mobile app ecosystem, especially in the digital media industry
