Job Description: Digital Marketing
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify key market segments and target audience.
4. Create compelling sales messages and positioning strategies that differentiate the product or service.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, advertising, and public relations, to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
6. Utilize various marketing channels and mediums (e.g., digital platforms, traditional advertising, events) to execute campaigns and reach potential customers.
7. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
8. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and handle objections to close deals.
9. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
10. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales analytics to track performance, measure results, and identify areas for improvement.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales marketing.
12. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
13. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
14. Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies, product features, and pricing strategies.
15. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
1. At least Diploma in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience in sales marketing or related roles, preferably within the industry or relevant market.
3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling sales messages and presentations.
5. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software.
6. Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analyze data to drive decision-making.
7. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
8. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
9. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
10. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
11. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
12. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
13. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows, as required.
