Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the centre, including both administrative, teaching and supervisory duties
- Ensure the overall safety and effectiveness of the learning environment
- Ensure a seamless customer care experience for both prospective and existing clientele from handling enquiries and collecting payments, to maintaining good relationships with existing clientele
- Deliver quality lessons for assigned classes (in-house curriculum provided)
- Effectively utilise teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
- Mark and grade students’ assignments with value-added feedback
- Oversee the preparation and collation of progress reports of all students under the care of the centre
- Prepare materials and deliver enrichment lessons for students on designated days
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Up-to-date with latest MOE syllabus
- 2-3 years of teaching experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Passion for teaching and nurturing students
- Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
