Key Responsibilities:
Manage Active Directory, Domain controller operations, including user accounts, group policies.
Implement internet control mechanisms to enforce security policies and restrict unauthorized access.
Oversee hardware management and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN).

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (IT Preferred).
2-4 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting incidents, identifying root causes, and providing solutions.
Flexibility to work in shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
Strong problem-solving skills.
