Operational Admin for Travel Company
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operational Admin to manage drivers and customers on trips for PT. Baligo Holiday Group. The Operational Admin will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our travel operations by managing and coordinating our drivers and customers to ensure that they have an excellent experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as a passion for travel and customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate our team of drivers, ensuring that they are trained, scheduled, and equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Communicate with customers before, during, and after trips to ensure that their needs are met and that they have a great experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and driver information, including contact details, trip details, and feedback.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that our travel operations align with our overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, driver retention, and operational efficiency.
- Manage the budget for travel operations, ensuring that expenses are within budget and that resources are allocated effectively.
- Ensure that all safety and regulatory requirements are met, including driver licensing and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Written and Spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, hospitality, or tourism.
- Minimum of 6 Months to 1 years of experience in a similar role in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of technology, including travel booking systems, customer relationship management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer and driver issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the travel industry is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp3,200,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
